Went in right as they were closing for a small quick tattoo. The artist who did my tattoo was nice but cannot blend or do thick lines. If you’re looking cheap unblended work this place is for you. I shared the photo of what I wanted vs what I got. Notice the thinner line work, the non blending, the mouth is thicker on one side, the color itself is spotty the eyelash even looks off. I will be going into a different shop once it’s healed to get it relined and the color fixed. This tattoo cost $150 Typically I do not write reviews, however I went in with my boyfriend and he impulsively paid for tattoo he would receive the next day by Better herself. He prepaid $700 (this included mine) once he received the drawing which is also in the photos and its more like Jafars lantern than a gothic vintage vibe we decided to not go with this shop. They are now REFUSING to give back his $500. (700-$150 my tattoo and $50 for his deposit/sketch) We are being RIPPED OFF for $500. And will be taking them to small claims court. DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE SCAMMERS. Only do business with this shop if you pay when the services are done and you don’t care about quality. IN RESPONSE• 1st he is not new in town. 2nd the charge was on a debit card not a credit card so go ahead and put the money back on the card ( but you won’t do that huh) . 4th you had time which is why your husband was so pushy about scheduling with you as Billy was talking to your son about the tattoo- not you. As a business person my boyfriend always leaves a tip, and the tip was bc he did squeeze us in at the end of the day- you can see the work is not super great but compared to yours it’s much better. I looked at your reviews after the fact since he was trying to be spontaneous - shame on me. But it seems like we’re not the only ones who have been unhappy with the way you run your business. We don’t want a gift certificate as we will not show up in your shop ever again, please refund the money owed and save the time bc we will take you to small claims.
They ripped me off for $500, because I prepaid for a tattoo and when I got the sketch back there was no way in hell I was going to let anybody put that on my body. Very dishonest people. They refuse to debit my account back, or give me the money. They are insisting on giving me a gift certificate, Even though I don't want any of them tattooing me. Do not go here. Fork out the extra couple dollars to go to the legitimate shop up the road. In response to your rebuttal here: 7/9/2024 So not only do you rip off your customers but you call them liars. Both of these are golden rules in business. Your customer is always right. Especially when you rip them off for $500 and are trying to pay them $400. Then try to pay them with a gift certificate. How ghetto! And interesting that this was just a sketch. Because you're literally trying to charge me $100 for the drawing. Even though we agreed on $50. Furthermore, we aren't talking about my business. We are talking about a personal transaction and your business. If there's an issue with my business first you need to hire me. And my brick and mortar is highly Google-able. But again that's not what we're talking about here. Have a good day, you crook!
Very very good service I’ve been in here 3 times In The passed week and I’ve always been greeted with respect and care and I’ve always been satisfied with the artwork. Highly recommend anyone who wants a tattoo to come here.
Loved my time here. Betty was an amazing woman and artist. She did a piece for the remembrance of my mother. I can't wait to return for more work. Thank you so much.
Matt did a great touch clean up on this mandala piece of mine, really listened to what I wanted made it pop!! The whole family/team is super chill and easy to work with.
