After having a bad experience with another artist who did my shoulder/upper arm tattoo and then completely ghosted me for my touch up, I was really hesitant to trust anyone else. Chris completely changed that for me. He was professional, understanding, and took the time to fix and improve my tattoo while making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Not only did he do amazing work, but he also helped restore my confidence after such a disappointing experience. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy tattoo artist.
Our tattooer Christoph Nels, was one of the best I’ve come into contact with. His energy, knowledge, and attitude towards it - it made my mother in law and wife more comfortable and happy than it could truly be stated. It was her birthday and they only knew they wanted something that matched, his passion was able to help guide them to the idea they came up with and they both are in love with it. Would recommend this shop 10/10 times to anybody, and specifically to Christoph. He’s definitely got my business from here on out.
Today was my first experience at Frontier Tattoo. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I got set up with Chris and I have nothing but positive things to say about the session. He was knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely be making future appointments with him.
